Transaction settings help organizations control and manage financial activities by setting rules for approvals. Admin users can update these settings to align with company policies and workflows. This guide explains how to update transaction approval settings step by step.
1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com
2. On the side menu, click on your company name, then choose Company Settings.
3. Select the Transaction Requirements tab.
4. Locate the toggle for the Review Required workflow. The admin must enable this button for transactions to move to the In Review stage.
Note: By default, this setting is OFF. When disabled, charges are automatically approved.

5. Under Company Settings, select the Approval tab.
There are three types of approvers available in the system. The admin can enable or disable any combination of these options by toggling them ON or OFF based on the organization's requirements.
