1. In the Visionary Card Dashboard, click the Transactions tab in the sidebar.
2. Click either one of the tabs (Pending & Cleared, Declined, and Refunded) to see the transactions.
3. Click the transaction you wish to sync manually, and choose Edit.
4. Enter any information required per your company's expense policy, such as expense Category, User, Memo, and Receipts, then click Save.
5. Tick the checkbox transaction you want to sync manually, then click drop-down menu beside Items Selected, then choose Sync.
6. There will be a confirmation that the sync is being processed, and when it's completed.
