When you make a payment on your account, your tenant balance is reset immediately even if it's before the due date. However, it's important to note that certain spending limits, including your user limit and card limits for recurring cards, do not reset until the next billing cycle.
What This Means for You
-
Tenant Balance Reset: Once your payment is processed, your overall account balance will reflect the payment by the end of the business day. This means any outstanding charges have been cleared, and your balance is updated accordingly.
-
User Limit: While your payment refreshes your tenant balance, your remaining user limit is not immediately reset. Instead, users can continue spending only up to their remaining limit, which will fully reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
-
Recurring Card Limits: If you have recurring card limits in place, these will not reset immediately after payment. Instead, they follow their standard reset schedule at the start of the next billing cycle.
Need to Make Additional Transactions?
If you need to make additional purchases before your limits reset, you may want to consider increasing your user or card limits. Adjusting these limits can provide greater flexibility and prevent transaction disruptions.
To request a limit increase, please contact your account administrator or reach out to our support team for assistance. We're happy to help!
