How to deal with unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

If you notice suspicious transactions on your statements, such as a sudden increase in spending, international transactions (when you aren’t traveling), or charges that you don’t recognize, then your credit card might be compromised.

Here are some steps to take immediately when you suspect fraud on your Visionary Card:

1. Freeze the card - this will immediately prevent unwanted transactions and give you time to work with the support team to investigate the issue.
2. Terminate the card - If you deem that the card has been compromised, you can choose to terminate the card to prevent further damage.

Once you've done either of the recommended preliminary actions, you can file a dispute for the unauthorized transactions in the account.
