Users have the option to change the status of the physical or virtual cards. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com
2. Navigate to the Cards page on the side menu.
3. Click the tile of the card whose status you want to change to open the card overview page.
4. Click the Actions dropdown button at the top right corner of the card overview page. This will allow you to select the preferred card status, Freeze Card.
5. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen to indicate that your card has been successfully frozen.
Note: Only account administrators have the authority and access to unfreeze your card. If your card is frozen and requires assistance, please get in touch with your designated account administrator directly. They are the only individuals with the necessary permissions to perform this action and ensure your card is reactivated.
