How to request a new virtual card [user]

Users can request a new virtual card via the Visionary Corporate Card web app by logging into their account and accessing their dashboard.

1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com

2. On your Dashboard, click the Quick Actions button at the bottom left corner of your account screen and select Request Card.

3. Select the Type of virtual card that you would like to request:

• Single Use cards expire after one transaction.
• Fixed cards allow for a set amount that can be used until that amount has been spent.
• Recurring cards can be used multiple times without expiring.

4. Input an amount you wish to request on the virtual card.

Note: Admin users have the option to put a Description of the card for record-keeping. This field is not mandatory.

5. Click the Submit button.

6.  Once submitted, a message will appear at the bottom of your screen confirming that your request has been successfully submitted. You will be notified once your card is ready.
