To integrate your Netsuite account with your Visionary Corporate Card account, you need to complete the steps below from your NetSuite account and Visionary Card account:
In your NetSuite account
1. Enable the following features on your NetSuite Account
- In NetSuite, go to Setup -> Company -> Enable Features.
- In the Company tab, under the Data Management section, check the File Cabinet checkbox.
- In the SuiteCloud tab, under the SuiteBuilder section, check the Custom Records checkbox.
- In the SuiteCloud tab, under the SuiteScript section, check the Client Suitescript and Server Suitescript checkboxes.
- In the SuiteCloud tab, under the SuiteTalk (Web Services) section, check the Soap Web Services and Rest Web Services checkboxes.
- In the SuiteCloud tab, under the Manage Authentication section, check Soap Token-based authentication.
2. Install the Celigo Bundle in your NetSuite account
- From the top, navigate to Customization -> SuiteBundler -> Search & Install Bundles. Enter “Celigo integrator.io" in the search bar and click Search.
- From the search result, click bundle Name with Bundle ID “20038”. Click Install.
3. Assign roles to the NetSuite user
- Navigate to Setup -> Users/Roles - > Manage Users.
- On the Manage Users page, click on the username of the person for whom you want to implement the token-based authentication. The Employee page appears.
- On the Employee page, go to Access -> Roles
- Add the "Celigo integrator.io" Full Access w/o 2FA [Locked]" role. Click Save.
4. Generate Access Tokens
- Go to Setup -> Users/Roles -> Access Tokens.
- On the Access Token page, click New Access Token. The Access Token page appears.
- From the APPLICATION NAME drop-down list box, select Integrator io z (Token-based Auth). From the USER drop-down list box, click List. Select the user to which you assigned the Roles.
- From the ROLE drop-down list box, select Celigo integrator io z Full Access w/o 2FA [Locked] role. The TOKEN NAME populates automatically.
- Click Save.
Important Note:
Upon saving, NetSuite will display the Token ID & Token Secret required to create a connection in integrator.io Please note that Token ID and Token Secret are only displayed once & cannot be retrieved again.
5. Create saved searches
Saved searches have to be created for Accounts, Classes, and Credit Card Account Search in the NetSuite account so that we can list them in the Visionary Corporate Card system.
Account Search:
- Go to Lists -> Accounting -> Accounts - > Search
- Click on Create Saved Search
- Give search title as account search
- Click on Save and Run
Create card account search:
- Go to Lists -> Accounting -> Accounts -> Search
- Click on Create Saved Search
- Select Filter as Type and select the value for Filter as Credit Card
- Give the search title Credit Card Account Search
- Click Save and Run
Location search:
- Go to Setup -> Company -> Locations -> Search
- Click on Create Saved Search
- Give Search title as Locations Search
- Click on Save and Run
Class search
- Go to Setup -> Company -> Class -> Search
- Click on Create Saved Search
- Give search title as Class Search
- Click on Save and Run
6. How role access permission is given to the custom segment in the NetSuite account
- Go to Customization -> Lists, Records & Fields -> Custom Segments
- Edit the user segment you have created for the Project Segments
- Check the Permissions Tab and add the "Celigo integrator.io Full Access w/o 2FA [Locked]" role with Value Management Access Level as "Full"
- Click on Save
In your Visionary Card account
1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com/web/login
2. On the side menu, click on your company name, then choose Company Settings.
3. On the left side panel, under Products, choose Integrations. Click the Confirm button.
4. A new window will pop up. Enter your Visionary portal password to proceed. Click Verify.
5. Users are automatically directed to the Integrations tab.
6. Sign into your NetSuite account.
7. A pop-up window will appear within the page containing additional setup steps from NetSuite. Follow all the prompts.
8. If successful, a window confirming the integration connection was successful will appear. Admin users can then edit and update integration settings anytime once successfully connected.
