Losing or misplacing your physical card can be stressful, but our Visionary Corporate Card mobile app provides a simple and secure way to freeze or replace your card.
To Freeze a card:
1. Open the Visionary Card mobile app and tap the Menu Icon(≡) from the upper-left corner.
2. Choose Cards from the menu, and you'll be routed to the Cards page.
3. A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Tap YES to proceed.
4. Admins can Freeze a card on behalf of other users. To browse through the cards of other users, tap the Company tab. To proceed, tap the tile of a card you need to freeze.
5. On the Card Details page, tap Freeze Card
and tap Yes on the prompt to confirm the action
6. If successful, you will return to the Card Details page and see a Success at the bottom of the screen. You'll also notice the status of the card showing Frozen, and you now have the option to Activate Card again as needed.
