If you notice transactions with a particular merchant are being repeatedly denied, we can add the merchant to an "allowlist." This will only help transactions go through under the following conditions:
- The merchant industry is allowed by Visionary Corporate Card.
- You've previously transacted with the merchant (i.e., we can't allow a merchant to be listed preemptively).
- We can only add a merchant to the allowlist on a card-by-card basis. By default, we can only allow the merchant on the card used for the original attempted transaction.
Don't hesitate to contact our support team if you would like to request that a specific merchant or vendor be whitelisted on your card.
