If your card is lost, misplaced, stolen, or compromised, you can immediately freeze it by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your account via https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com/web/login navigate to the Cards menu from the side menu on the left.
2. Select the card you need to freeze.
3. Click the Actions button from the upper-right, then click Freeze Card
4. A prompt will appear asking you if you wish to proceed with the action, choose Freeze to continue
5. If successful, you will see a confirmation at the bottom of the screen and the status of the card will show Frozen
Note: Admin users can also follow the same steps to unfreeze a card or to freeze a card on behalf of other users.
