Admin users have the option to add multiple departments on file. Each Visionary Corporate Card account requires at least one department on file at all times.
1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com
2. Navigate to the Departments page found on the left-side menu.
3. Click the Add Department button at the top-right of the Department overview page.
4. Input the desired Department Name and Spend Limit and choose the Head of the Department from the list. Click Create to save the new department. Once saved, a Create successfully message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Note: The sum of all departments' 'Spend Limits' cannot exceed the account's 'Available Credit'. The 'Unallocated amount' of the account, as well as a percentage of the account's 'Amount allocated', is displayed on the left of the 'New Department' window.
