How to assign dynamic limits to new and existing users

What is a “Dynamic Limit”?

A dynamic limit is a feature that allows users to access a department’s full credit limit. Rather than assigning a hard limit for each user, the user will have full access to the entire department limit. Each card issued to the user will also be assigned a dynamic limit.

New User

1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com

2. Navigate to the Users page on the side menu.

3. Click the Create User button at the top-right side of the screen.

4. On the Create User window, enter the required information for the new user.

5. Under Spend Limit, check the box for Use Dynamic Limit.

6. Click the Create User button to add the new user.

Existing User 

1. Log on to https://app.visionarycorporatecard.com

2. Navigate to the Users page on the side menu.

3. Click on the tile of the user you wish to modify to open the user overview page.

4. Click the Actions button located at the top right corner of the user overview page. Choose Edit User.

5. Under Spend Limit, check the box for Use Dynamic Limit.

6. Click Save to save changes.
