Payment Processing:
Payment for your Visionary Card balance will be applied on the same day they are initiated as long as they are made before 4 pm PST. If the payment is initiated after 4 pm PST, it will be applied the next business day. Note that Visionary Card customers are responsible for initiating the payment or setting up Auto-pay, as submitting a payment late will result in finance charges.
Past Due Rule:
When no payment is received by the 11th, the system will give a 3-day grace period to allow customers to settle the balance. If a payment has not been initiated by the 15th, the account will be frozen until payment is settled in full. Please note that any payment not made in full by the account's due date will incur a finance charge.
Automatic Debit:
If the balance remains unsettled by the 14th, the system automatically drafts the amount due from the primary bank account.
Failed Payment Fee:
If you initiate a payment, or payment was initiated for you through auto-pay, and it fails, you will be assessed a $38 failed payment fee.
Finance Charge:
Failure to remit the payment by the due date of the 11th will result in your account being assessed a finance charge, which is computed as:
Prime + 4.99% of the amount due
