Admins can set account-wide and department-wide rules and limitations using Default Restrictions.
1. Log on to https://app.qa.visionarycorporatecard.com/app, and from the dashboard, hover your mouse at the Company Icon, then click Company Settings
2. Click Default Restrictions, then + New Restrictions
3. On the New Restriction menu, you can choose a specific Department or Role to apply the restrictions to and the desired User Limit
You can also set Physical Card restrictions from this window
- Limit Restriction - set the Daily Limit or Transaction Limit.
- Merchant Restriction - Restrict card usage on certain merchants.
- time Restriction - Restrics card usage at certain times.
4. Click Create to finish, and you will see a confirmation message if it is successful.
