Admins can set Enforcement rules by going to the Company Settings from the Dashboard
In Company Settings, click Enforcement, and toggle the Enforcements you want to set.
Card approvals - set the time for a reminder email and when admins can approve a card.
Transaction approvals - set the time for a reminder email and how long it can take to approve a transaction.
Review transactions - set the time for a reminder email and how long it can take to review transactions.
Missing receipts - set the time for a reminder email and how long it can take to submit receipts missing from transactions.
Require each new user to sign the cardholder agreement - toggle this on to require users to sign the cardholder agreement upon signing in.
Note: Failing to meet the enforced rule will automatically freeze a card or a user.
